Every commercial real estate transaction has its own unique set of challenges, especially when it comes to the negotiation of the transaction.
Most of the time, successful negotiations are based on a solid strategy and collaboration however, one may encounter a negotiator that uses tactics or "tricks" during the process. This seminar will focus on strategies, tactics and "tricks" used in negotiations. You will be able to identify, respond to and take advantage of these tactics when used in the negotiation process.
