The RCASENC is proud to present the second annual Commercial Day! Join us Wednesday, August 19th at the Blockade Runner, on Wrightsville Beach.

This is an event that is specifically designed for commercial real estate agents and those involved in the local commercial community.

This year we are focused on helping you learn new ideas about how to improve your business in a down economy and provide thoughts about the current financial situation affecting commercial real estate. All of this while providing attendees with a unique opportunity to network with fellow agents.

8:30 - 12:30	Surviving and Thriving in a Down Economy Seminar

12:30 - 1:00	Lunch and Networking		This is your opportunity to grab a bite to eat and talk shop with other agents. There will also be sponsor booths filled with information on local properties, various tools to help you work and local information.
1:00 - 2:00	Panel Discussion on Financing
			This will be a moderated discussion amongst representatives with varying backgrounds and you the audience. The focus of the conversation will be on what people are seeing locally, how our local area is affected by the national conditions, creative options to help continue projects and more.
Cost	$20 for RCASENC Members (you are allowed one free guest) $50 for all Non RCASENC Members and the public
