A Wilmington native, Turner has a great understanding and love of not just the Wilmington area but all of southeastern North Carolina.  Turner graduated in 2008 from Elon University with a Bachelor of the Arts in History and a minor in Business Administration.  Turner is currently working to attain his CCIM designation.

Before joining Maus Warwick and Matthews Turner worked in the family business Schaeffer BMW, leading the store to the coveted Center of Excellence.  This award is given to only 33 BMW dealerships in the country and recognizes a concerted effort and dedication to customer service and outstanding sales figures through out the year.

Turner and his wife Sarah met in college and afterwards she left her home state of Indiana and took a job in Havelock NC.  They married in 2012, moved back to Wilmington, and have just had their first child Opal.  The three of them along with their two dogs love being out doors on the water or just taking Opal and the dogs for a walk.  Turner loves to play golf, hunt, and spend quality time with his friends and family.
